**Morning:**


- Wake up at 7:00 am

- Breastfeed/formula milk

- Breakfast (8:00 am - 9:00 am): 1-2 small slices of bread or toast with butter or cream cheese, scrambled eggs, porridge with fruit, oatmeal with raisins and milk, pancakes or waffles, mashed banana with peanut butter, or other soft and easy-to-chew options.


**Mid-Morning Snack:**


- Fruit or vegetable puree (10:00 am - 11:00 am): apple sauce, mashed banana, mashed avocado, cooked and mashed sweet potatoes, carrots, or peas.


**Lunch:**


- Lunch (12:00 pm - 1:00 pm): 1/2 cup cooked vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, peas), 1/2 cup cooked grains (rice, quinoa, couscous), and 1/2 cup protein (chicken, fish, tofu, lentils, beans).

**Afternoon Snack:**
